It was very windy and cold and rainy in Dunedin. Consequently, we didn't spend a lot of time outside wandering round. We tried once to find a sea lion rookerie but were unsuccessful. We did find an albatross center where they facilitated nesting and hatching. Here you can see three nests with chicks that are about four months old.
These Royal Albatross are the third largest but they are still huge. Just take a look at Bev's wing span and that of the albatross!
On the way out of Dunedin, we passed this building that attracted Bev but we haven't figured out what it's all about yet, other than that it is a stadium.
