We decided to take a city tour to get an overview of the city. The tour took us to some places we might not have otherwise seen. Taxi boats on the Lujan river used by residents of the delta area. People use these boats like buses to get back and forth around the neighborhood. There are other boats used as grocery stores even churches. |

We saw quite a few interesting doors an older part (San Templo) of the neighborhood where our hotel is located. I took several, but liked this one the best. If I keep it up, I should have quite a collection of Buenos Aires doors. Later: Here are some of the door pictures. |

After we got back from the tour, we had a late lunch at the hotel. It was probably 4 PM. Then we took a nap in the hottest part of the day 37° C. Very warm. Even warmer than Fort Collins' winter. |

In the evening, we went back down to the river and wandered back and forth people watching. We also stopped in at T.G.I. Fridays for an evening snack—beer and an ice cream sunday. Interesting combination. |
